Wella Pro Curl Neutralizer 1000ml

Usage:
PREPARATION & WINDING
Shampoo hair and towel dry. Apply Perm Pre-treatment to sensitized areas. Wind hair onto desired rollers.
PERM LOTION APPLICATION & DEVELOPMENT
Wear gloves. Apply the lotion 2-3 times to each roller, from nape to front.
Development Time:
With Heat (Climazon): N: 10-17 min | C: 8-12 min | S: 5-10 min
Without Heat: N: 15-20 min | C: 10-15 min | S: 7-12 min
Do not cover with a cap. Check test curls to determine the final development time.
RINSING
When development is complete, rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water for approximately 3 minutes. Blot dry with a paper towel to remove the excess water.
NEUTRALIZING
Perform+ Perm Neutralizer is ready to use, do not dilute with water. Shake well before use.
Pour 100ml product into a bowl and apply with a sponge or use an application bottle.
First apply 2/3 of the neutralizer to the rods. Develop for 5 min. Take out rollers and apply the remaining neutralizer and develop for a further 5 min. Finally rinse thoroughly.
POST-TREATMENT
Apply Post-Treatment or conditioner. Leave for 3-5 minutes, rinse, and style as desired.
IMPORTANT FOR YOUR CLIENT: Do not tie or use clips in the hair until the next wash..
