Sibel Bleaching Powder lightens hair by 6 to 7 shades. The professional blue lightening powder with a powder texture is suitable for all lightening techniques. When mixed with an oxidizing cream, it forms a creamy consistency. The powder is designed for all hair types, the duration of action is 20-50 minutes depending on the required degree of lightening and condition of the hair. It can be mixed with all oxidizing creams (3%, 6%, 9%, 12%).
