Wella Professionals Shinefinity Activator 2% is designed to be mixed with Shinefinity Zero Lift Glazes for application. It contains a specifically formulated pH buffer system that controls the pH throughout the coloring process. The ultra-natural blend has no animal derived ingredients and contains zero ammonia, silicones, alcohols or direct dyes. Applies as a no-drip gel cream with zero mess or damage. Provides healthy-looking, never artifical, shimmering results. Always mix in a ratio 1:1. 1 part shinefinity zero lift glaze with 1 part shinefinity activator.
